In an area that still contains pockets of industrial activity, a warehouse was the perfect design inspiration for this new multi-family apartment building. The square window treatments, straight lines, and brick and stone exterior treatments create a kinship with the neighborhood, while also creating dynamism and texture for a building that will cover the entire block. To maximize living area and promote reduced-driving lifestyles, the building includes low number of car parking spaces.
